Chocolate Chips Cookies

A. Butter 250g
     Castor sugar 200g
     Brown sugar 50g
B. Eggs 100g (lightly beaten)
C. Low gluten flour 400g
     Chocolate chips 120g
     Baking powder 5g
     Baking soda 5g
D. Cinnamon (Optional)

1. Mix (A) until light & fluffy white
2. Add (B) little at a time, mix well
3. Pour (C) into step 2, mix well
4. Place mixture on baking tray, 1 tsp each, gently pressed
5. Bake at 180degC for 15-18min
