Icing Sugar 120g

Egg 40g
C. Evaporated milk 24g
D. High gluten flour (sieved) 360g
Milk Chocolate 100g
Walnuts (briefly crushed) 200g
1. Mix (A), (B), (C) and (D) in sequence
2. Press mixture into rectangular tray, place in fridge for 2hr
3. Cut into 0.3cm thin slices
4. Bake at 160C for 20~25min or until brown
